At Jim Thorpe Weddings & Events, we specialize in outdoor reception and wedding planning. There are many details and nuances to an outdoor event and we know them all; from having a fully equipped and remote ready caterer and wait staff, to tent , table, chair & linen rentals.

Through our partnership with Through the Looking Glass Caterers, we can offer you the full array of service of our wedding planning staff, as well as catering and wait staff all in one.

With our Outdoor Planning On-Location Package you get:

Scouting, recommendation and coordination of site
Budgeting to keep you on track
Coordination , recommendation and oversite of on-location vendors (Tent Rentals, Tables, Chairs, China & Silverware rentals)*
